Versatile AB Dry Powder Fire Extinguishers for Business
Dry powder extinguishers are capable of fighting a broad spectrum of fires, including Class A (flammable solids), Class B (flammable liquids), Gas and Electrical fires. This makes them a highly cost-effective solution for comprehensive fire protection in both your home and business.

How They Work
Inside the cylinder, dry powder is held under pressure. The silicon monoammonium phosphate powder melts upon contact with hot surfaces, forming a barrier that smothers the fire by separating the fuel from oxygen.
When you use the lever, the pressure rapidly projects the jet more than 3.5 meters away, allowing for a full discharge in just a few seconds. This powder is why you can count on these extinguishers to contain a fire quickly.

Always ensure your fire extinguisher is not expired. You must have certified fire safety equipment on hand to limit damage until emergency services arrive. Remember, an extinguisher is for smaller fires you can handle; for larger fires, do not hesitate to call emergency services immediately.
