Fluorine-Free Foam Trolley Fire Extinguisher for Marine Use
The FB7 50L Foam Trolley Fire Extinguisher (Cartridge, MED) is built for large-scale fire safety in demanding environments. Designed as a mobile unit, this extinguisher lets a single operator quickly move high-capacity fire protection where it is needed most.
The foam agent coats liquid fuels and solid materials, smothering the flames and blocking oxygen. It cools the hot surfaces at the same time to prevent reignition.

PED-Certified Stainless Steel Cylinder: 3-piece stainless steel body (Ø315 mm) finished with a high-durability red polyester powder coating for maximum corrosion resistance. Fully certified under EU Directive 2014/68/EU (PED).
Hard-Anodized Cap (M74x2): Precision-machined, anodized aluminum cap fitted with a PED-approved safety relief valve.
External Nitrogen (N₂) Propellant: Heavy-duty black steel cylinder (T-PED certified 2010/35/EU) paired with a PED-certified brass handwheel valve and integrated safety burst disc.
Long-Reach Discharge Hose: 5-meter heavy-duty EPDM rubber hose complete with an ergonomic squeeze pistol and non-conductive dielectric nozzle.
Weld-Free Safety Frame: Polyester powder-coated steel wrap-around frame isolated from the cylinder body. The non-welded design eliminates stress corrosion and potential leak points.
Heavy-Duty All-Terrain Wheels: Large Ø300 mm rugged wheels built with 80 Shore rubber and polypropylene copolymer (PP/C) hubs for effortless maneuvering across rough terrain.
